Delete "RUN"

One useless trick

start-->run-->regedit-->HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Double click on "Norun" and change "ValueData" from 0 to 1

Close Regedit, n restart ur computer....
